Geckodrive warrants all products for parts and workmanship for a period of three years after the date of purchase.  Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase as long as the drive is in resalable condition. 

To send a drive in for evaluation or repair please fill out the product return form by clicking below. Once we receive your RMA request you will receive an explanation of our return procedure and instructions on how to send the product back.
