G320X Digital Servo Drive
The G320X is our popular, low-cost DC brush type servo driver. The G320X has a power range of 18 – 80VDC and 0 – 20A meaning it can drive larger servo motors with ease. An internally closed PID loop ensures your motor will maintain position and correct for lost steps while under load.

The G320X has a power range of 18 – 80VDC and 0 – 20A meaning it can drive larger servo motors with ease. An internally closed PID loop ensures your motor will maintain position and correct for lost steps while under load.
The G320X features a user-settable proportional, integral, and derivative setting to precisely damp your motor. A 10-position DIP switch allows you to set the following error (the distance the drive is allowed to fall behind commanded position), the gain of the PID loop (how aggressively it maintains position), and set the step pulse multiplier option (functionally an encoder divider for legacy applications). The “Limit” trimpot on the drive is adjustable up to 20A, and sets the upper limit of current that the drive will send to the motor.

Great for retrofitting
Used these to retrofit an old mill with defective control electronics.
Hooked them up to a LinuxCNC-Computer and they work perfectly!

very nice product
These are the first and only servo amps I've ever used. Very pleased with their form factor and behavior. Documentation could be improved (more details on ERR/RES electrical characteristics, clarification of its timing, misleading brake/coast description), but did not prevent successful application.
Worked at default settings for unloaded low and medium power brushed PM motors, and easily tuned to work well when loaded. The step-by-step hookup and testing recommended in the manual was much appreciated.

Excellent compact drive
The drive worked out of the box, easy to interface to. Tuning the drive using the internal test point worked well. The only draw back is the mounting flange (heat sink), could be larger to allow less obstructed attachment.
