Geckodrive, Inc. was happy to help out Chad Bridgewater, an art grad student, when it came to a project he was making for his last semester at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Chad found a salvaged 1946 drill press and converted into a CNC foam cutter for a class called "Machines that Make Machines." Chad integrated Geckodrive's G540 into his project, stating "Running off a scrapped computer, the new Made in USA Geckodrive G540 motor controller runs the show.
